How to crust things with coffee?
I always hear about coffee crusted things, like pork tenderloins or something.
How do you do this? I've heard coffee beans are poisonous if eaten. So I don't know, furthermore, i don't know if the person who told me this was a credible source either...so i'm rly confused.

Hmmm, I don't think coffee beans are poisonous. Otherwise, they couldn't sell chocolate covered coffee beans.
Since I'm not a big fan of coffee - I have a feeling crusting something with the bean grounds is the ticket here. Most likely want do a fresh grind on a coarse setting.

I've never done it, but you can make coffee (not the beans, liquid) and then baste beef, ham, or lamb with it. Google for recipes.
