You need at least two, because the head of any organization cannot also be the treasurer. Anyway, that's the way it was in California when my friend and I incorporated a "church" in an attempt to get donations and use the tax-exempt status. Do I need to say it failed utterly?

Yes, I can incorporate a church alone, because the church is my heart, created by God to me alone as well as other believers out there. A church literally in christainity does not necessary mean the house where you go and worship God but your innermost self , your heart, if you don't have a good heart dispite where ever you worship God , he will not listen to your prayers or praises or fasting or take what you offer to him in that church. So every believer has a church of his own, that church or house of worship is just to make people strenghten their faith in God by listening to the interpretations of the word by those who have studied and know the true meanings of the scriptures, to the others. Jesus, Himself did not incorporate a church on his own apart from His pure and perfect heart, He preached the good news to the people who listens and believe in God even on the streets, in the mountains etc. And he, rightly puts it unless you have the heart of a child before you can see Gods kingdom. So your heart is your church as well as those of other believers

I also wonder this.....a church is immune to ,not only tax laws, but in most places noise ordinances.....I would like to blast my music at the "church" next door 14 hours a day as they do to me with their ******* electronic bell machine

Why else would there ever be more than 42,000 denominations within Protestantism? This idea is not possible within Catholicism...
