What are your thoughts on ComboFix?

Do Not use combo fix without an expert to guide you.

there is a high chance you will wreck your system.

combo fix does not fix dll errors.

ComboFix is designed to fix totally different type of problems.Stay away from it since it's pwoerful tool and will cripple your system if you do a tiny mistake.

I sujjest you open the Command Prompt as administrator(type CMD in start menu and right click and run as admin) then type "chkdsk" without the quotation marks ""

This will fix some errors.If not,then do a system restore.

CHKDSK is to check your hard drive for bad sectors which can lead to more than just annoying error messages but to also hard drive failure. however this issue is due to a virus, to remove this annoying error just follow these simple steps

1st: download 2 programs 1 called RKill which you can get from here: http://download.cnet.com/RKill/3000-8022_4-7522174...

when you download RKill be sure to click "Save" instead of "Run" because this program doesnt require any installation and once it downloads run it. this will terminate the malware thats giving you the fake error message

2nd: after that, download another software called Malwarebytes Anti-Malware which you can get from here: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware...

update it and to a full system scan, it'll most likely find the infection(s) thats giving you the problem and remove it.

if you can't download these 2 softwares from your pc, get onto another system and download them from there

also, if you dont have a anti-virus software be sure to download one and set it to update daily and schedule it to do a daily scan at a time you wont be on the computer like before you go to bed so it can scan while you sleep
