    This is the machine reading you have given me, and not the actual tracing. The tracing is the thing that one would have to see. The machine reading is not close to being accurate. So there is no way to interpret what you have provided. I think that the rate, sinus tachycardia, is the only thing I would feel as a true statement. But I cannot evaluate anything else, such as ST progression, T wave appearance, etc.
