hi , I deleted one of my important chats in facebook , do you know how can I recover it ? also I thinks I deleted it last week.

Despite various rumors, there is no way of retrieving deleted messages on Facebook. Immediately after you delete a message in your private Inbox, you are given the option to "Undo" - above the message - but that is it. Once a message is gone, it's gone; there is no way to recover it later.

was chatting with a friend using facebook's built-in chat interfacet the other day and he gave me his phone number. I can't find where I wrote it down. Is it possible to retrieve that chat transcript somehow?

you can't pal, if you have archived then you can recover it, if you deleted it then your saucy chat has gone, sorry :/
