Yes you can! It is possible for sperm ("pre-***") to come out at anytime during sex.There's a thing called precum. It is the liquid that comes out before ejaculation. It can contain up to 100 sperm cell, and you only need one to get pregnant. As soon as a mans penis becomes erect, it produces a liquid that contains millions of sperm (Cowper's fluid). Therefore he does not have to ejaculate in side a woman's vagina to get her pregnant.

Yes because there is a thing called pre-*** that usually goes unnoticed as it is not the final show. That can get you pregnant just as easily as him emptying his sperm into you.
