Speed , Distance , Time problems?

Hello all , having a bit of a problem with these. The only thing i struggle with is working out SPEED. Can anyone offer a simple way of working out speed and show how with the following question?

''you travel 80 mph for 1 hour and 45 mins. What speed do you travel?''

Thanks in advance.

Update:

I do apologize , i meant miles not mph. Sorry. Maths is destroying my brain. Thanks for the help :)

They tell you in the question--your speed is 80mph

If you meant that you travel 80 miles, not that you travel at 80mph, then your speed is distance over time

    80 miles/(7/4 hours) = 45.714 mph

    80 miles/1.75 hrs=45.7 mph
