Headaches and neck aches make me feel you may have some spinal pressure problems, there maybe a disk or vertabrae in your neck that may have a kink in it , that may cause nerve pressure, it is not fact I know but it maybe causing the problem, this type of thing can cause headaches, other than that if you are on a computer long hours it maybe bad for your neck, I hope I have hit the spot here, all the best. Headaches are caused by tight neck muscles. The muscles go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles going around your head. When the neck muscles get tight they pull the head muscles into pain and that's your headache. You are feeling the pain from the muscles in your neck and when they are tight they restrict blood flow so it backs up in your head for the pressure you are feeling. To get rid of the headache and what else it causes you have to free up your neck muscles to release the tight muscles pulling the head muscles into pain and here's how to free them up:
Neck:
Place your hands behind your head so your fingers meet in the middle of your neck. Press into the neck with a moderate pressure and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your head as far as you can, then remove the pressure from the muscles but continue holding your head down for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
