creepy scene from power rangers?

I was a big fan of the series when I was a kid and remember watching a scene that showed the villain ordering his minions to hold down and take apart one of his robotic henchman (or weird looking monster, don't really remember) in order to make more minions or something all the while the henchman was screaming bloody mary for them to stop (I was like 6 when I watched this). I don't really remember it clearly just that it was a scene from one of the seasons from the 90's and that it was very creepy for me as a kid.

Just want to know because my freind claims he saw the scene too but swears it was from a different kid's show.
