What are some other alterniatives to help quit smoking without nicotine substitutes?
I am trying to quit smoking and I don't want nicotine substitutes. I want to know what would help besides that. Thank you.
Also I will be 20 in 11 days. I want to be healthy and I want my whole life ahead of me. I am tired of spending $120 a month on cigarettes.

You should change your mindset about smoking. It isn't worth it. Educate yourself about all the health risks of cigarettes and try to remember all times you stood in the freezing cold just to smoke a cigarette. You will soon realize that cigarettes never really had any positive effects. Once you get to that point, you will be able to quit and resist the cravings without any aids. I would recommend to stop smoking you stop smoking. But if you cannot do that try cutting off all your fingers and your lips ? That would make you unable to smoke i suppose You could also try removing your brain so that the nicotine doesn't have an effect. hope this helps X

i downsized every two weeks from 100s to Normals to 72s then i started ripping them in half and smoking that, then i just kinda stopped because i felt too sick to smoke after my body was ridding me of all the poison.
