Are the prophets and evangelists actually equipping the saints to love their neighbors?

If they aren't, they aren't obeying the Holy Spirit. The Good News is all about LOVE!

one personal observation i made at local evangelical church back home was humiliation for one of its members being seen with questionable characters outside the church and was made to explain himself and sit in an area of the pues seemingly reserved for the proverbial scarlet letter wearers.

tough church...didn't see much love goin' on there...and the kid himself was what anyone would say is a model example of a conscientious follower of Gods words. It did have me scratching my head...was proly just a bad day at the church or something...the minister himself is only human after all, but still, i didn't re-attend...i can have my own bad days on my own thanks...heh heh

I think we have the grace and love department covered. I personally wish there would be a little more equipping in the Hell and Judgement for unbelievers department. That would focus us better to spread the Gospel in context.

Sorry guy but no gods or devils exist anywhere outside of any ones properly inculcated mind! The truth, not a pretend fake belief of faith like any god or devil is!

I agree with Rene O. It's all about love. People fail to see the love/obedience connection.
