Dress size..pls help?
Can some one tell me what my dress size is?? My bust is 35 waist 29 and hips 31.5...thanks

The size charts or guides will vary, depending on the store or site. For Penneys, the junior size chart is at the link. You would be a size 9 to accommodate your bust size but you'd need to go up to an 11 to fit your waist. Your hips are much smaller in relation to your bust and waist so that part of a fitted dress would always be too big on you.
So, you'd get a size 9 if the fabric is stretchy or the waist isn't fitted and the skirt is flared. You'd get an 11 if the waist is fitted and the skirt is flared. For a fitted look in the hips, you'd have to get separates so the skirt would be tight enough but the top would be larger for your bust and waist.
