Well Im a bank teller and I stand up working from 8.30 am to 6:30 pm.

Can someone tell me abt how many calories I burn per day? Thanks

I havent been able to exercise lately but all I eat for a day is about 500 calories...im 105 lbs..age 24 & 5'4...

I heard that your body burns 2000 calories naturally per day but idk.

Anyway if my calorie intake us that minimal and I dont exercise would I still be able to loose weight??

Ive been away from my husband for more than 8 consecutive months...its a situation where we cant really do anything about it but we have to wait on some documents in order for him to come to the US. We got married in 2009 and I had to leave for the US in 2010...ive been back to see him 8 mnths ago and dont know wen it would be possible to go again.

I feel like im breaking down and losing control.

Any ideas on how I should deal with this to feel better??

We have a 50% chance of seeing each other in like 4 mths but not sure as yet.

Well I have been on a diet for months and I dont eat much. I usually eat alot of fruits and vegies and hardly eat junk food or so. But tonight I made a pizza and ate 3 whole slices with lots of cheese and meat. I didnt have anything heavy for the entire day just some crackers and mostly fruits and I did my 1 hour daily exercise.

After eating the pizza I felt so guilty and went jogging for 30 mins...

Is this pizza gona make me fat or ruin my diet?? Pls help :(

My husband lives in guyana. His mom lives in new york (US). She sponsered him wen she was a permanent resident of the united states. She is now in the process of becoming a citizen and was called in for the citizenship interview next month. (so im thinking she'll get the certificate soon.

After she gets the certificate she has to send it in to the embassy and request the sponsership category to be changed from F2B to F1..bcuz F1 would be the rite category for the case after she updates it.

Upon checking the visa bulletin I noticed that F1 date is june 22 2005 and his priority date is november 2005...

Ok so my question is : in your opinion how long would it actually take for him to join me.here in the US..

Well my husband and I have been married for 2 yrs but we have been living in different countries...we just try so hard to make things work cuz we love each other so much.

Yesterday he sent me a video and I noticed he wasnt wearing his ring...its not like him but he said he took it off for a few minutes to do something on his car..i really dont believe this and I got so mad and depressed & told him to stop calling me and he said ok..he hasnt called me since yesterday..

Did I over react or was I rite be mad?

Ok so im 24 and im 5'2 and weigh 115 lbs..ive weighed like 130 lbs before this and I have been on a diet for like 6 months...but somehow I cant seem to loose any more weight and looks like im gaining again although the strick diet...here is what my meals look like

Breakfast : coffee and 4 (32 calories each) toasts with 2 tsb butter

Lunch : green salad with lettuce,tomatoes,cucumber..

Dinner: 4 toasts again

In between the day I fit 1 apple in either after lunch or after dinner

If I get hungry late in the night I usually have a few strawberries or some other fruit.

I also excercise 30 mins everyday.

Why am I gaining back the weight?

Me and my husband live in different countries...we have been married in 2009 and I had to migrate in 2010. To date we have only seen each other twice for like a week each time. We love each other so much...we have been in love for 6 yrs before we got married...neither of us has ever cheated...The problem is we dont know when we r goin to be together again...its getting harder by the day...is there anyone out there with the similiar situation and if yes how do u deal with it?
