Update status on sponsership?
If someone from the united states sponsered a relative wen they were a permanent resident of the US and that sponseror is now a citizen and wants to upgrade the category for sponsership from F2B to F1....how long does it take??

There is no set time for processing the update the sponsor's status. Sponsor must write a letter to USCIS regarding the change of status. Then, just wait until they process.

Here is the Visa Bulletin for you to check. All countries waiting time cut down one year less, except Philippines which actually delays 4 year backwards.
