Wat is goin on with this diet?

Ok so im 24 and im 5'2 and weigh 115 lbs..ive weighed like 130 lbs before this and I have been on a diet for like 6 months...but somehow I cant seem to loose any more weight and looks like im gaining again although the strick diet...here is what my meals look like

Breakfast : coffee and 4 (32 calories each) toasts with 2 tsb butter

Lunch : green salad with lettuce,tomatoes,cucumber..

Dinner: 4 toasts again

In between the day I fit 1 apple in either after lunch or after dinner

If I get hungry late in the night I usually have a few strawberries or some other fruit.

I also excercise 30 mins everyday.

Why am I gaining back the weight?

    Well first of all this diet is not so good.( not trying to be mean) But, you need a lot more protein whether you're trying to gain or loose weight.. protein is the most important thing, so you should start drinking the whey protein in between meals. but your diet once again needs improvement. so below I'll give you something new to try out including lots of carbs and protein.

    Breakfast : anywhere between 2 to 6 eggs, if you've been having white bread change it to whey or whole grain. also you said coffee. make sure that coffee doesn't have sugar or very little amount.

    Lunch : you can have that salad but add something with it maybe a turkey and cheese sandwich with mayo.

    Dinner : 4 toasts ?!?!?! okok deff change this up! this is dinner we're talking about! You need to eat steak, chicken breast, shrimp. something with high protein.

    ** Helpful tip: try eating 6 small meals a day to help boost metabolism. and do some workouts! The best workouts to do to loose weight are HIIT ( High Intesity Interval Training ).

    a lot of weight professionals have proven that whatever weight you lose, you are likely to gain it back and possibly even twice as much. you shouldn't worry about your weight or your size, only if you're eating and exercising healthily! as long as you have healthy lifestyle habits, then don't worry about your weight or your size!
