Would this make me lose weight?

I havent been able to exercise lately but all I eat for a day is about 500 calories...im 105 lbs..age 24 & 5'4...

I heard that your body burns 2000 calories naturally per day but idk.

Anyway if my calorie intake us that minimal and I dont exercise would I still be able to loose weight??

    Yup, if you continue to restrict your calorie intake (and avoid eating a lot carbs helps too). You should be able to loose weight even if you're not exercising. Although exercise does burn calories, what it's really best for is to stay fit and toned. It doesn't help loose weight as much as diet does.

    You'll gain weight if you eat that little! You're putting your body into starvation mode so it turns whatever little amount of food you do eat into fat.

    You're already extremely thin. I'd say that most guys (is that the reason you're losing weight?) actually want a girl with more meat in her bones.

    You should be eating at least 1200 calories a day, minimum, more when you're excersizing.

    Supposily you loose 400 calories in your sleep therefore ypur burning ,ost of them calories away just by sleep! Not sure how reliable that is,just something I read :)
