3 big meals a day+snack or 6 small meals?
so i live a healthy lifestyle, exercising on average 5 times a week, cardio and weights and i eat healthy foods like fish, poultry, brown rice, pasta, bread, nuts, fruits, vegetables, and i drink 2 litres of water a day, adding up to around 1350 calories a day on average ( wanting to lose a bit of weight)
people say 3 big meals a day is better than 6 small ones.. other people say the opposite
what's best to boost your metabolism and therefore make you burn more calories?
personally i'd rather eat 6 small meals since i don't feel like eating a whole load of food in one go, but i'd rather choose the healthy option. does it really matter?
i do know it's best to eat a small meal at night time though.
thanks ! (:

Do what feels best to you! We're all different, so eating 3 big meals might work better for you than 6 small ones and vice versa. Personally, I like to eat smaller meals throughout the day. Big meals make me feel so tired and bloated. Smaller, frequent meals give me a nice energy boost with no bloat and no sleepy feeling.
Experiment and see what works for you! :D

in case you're somewhat sturdy at controlling the factor length and energy, try ingesting 6 circumstances an afternoon (each 21/2 to 3 hrs.). I wasn't sturdy at it, so I consume approximately 4 circumstances an afternoon. 3 food and a snack. this is approximately despite works for you. If it somewhat works, then do it. If it would not artwork, make a metamorphosis.
