Moon in Pisces intercepted in Aquarius 11th Cusp?

I don't really know how this goes. I don't know how intercepted signs work.

Moon in Pisces is 1'00" degrees anyway.

    I think the theory is that your Pisces Moon tends to stay in the background untill a transit planet aspects it which is probably just as well for you as it can give escapist tendencies. With Pisces intercepted in your 11th house, your goals, hopes and wishes may be complete and utter pipe dreams. Opposite with Virgo intercepted in your 5th house you may become too cynical or judgemental in romance and all things to do with the 5th house.
