Am I possibly anemic?
Lately, I've been reading about this condition and realized that I have many of its symptoms. I'll give you a list of what I experience:
-My face is pale and I have under eye circles.
-I often feel tired and lack concentration.
-I rarely have an appetite and sometimes feel depressed.
-Sometimes I get pains in my chest.
-My hands and feet are always cold.
-I have a hard time breathing sometimes.
I think my poor diet has to do something with this. I rarely eat meat and fish. I mostly eat foods such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, and carbohydrates. Am I anemic? Any advice is appreciated.
Have a nice day!

if you aren't eating any meat or fish you greatly increase your risk of iron deficient anaemia if you think you are anaemic go to your doctor get a blood test my severe anaemia which i take iron tablets for was picked up by a blood test and i'd visited the doctor for something totally unrelated

I was diagnosed with anaemia about 2 years ago.
I used to sleep all the fricken time and feel so exhausted. when I got home from school I would just sleep.. eat.. then sleep. I slept all weekend could never go out because I couldn't stay awake. I also use to be hungry all the time. I'd eat and eat and eat and sleep and still be exhausted. I NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHY! neither did my mom. I went to the doctor and my mom mentioned it. I got bloods taken and I was diagnosed with anaemia. since then I take extra iron and folic acid. I also get vitamin b shots to make me feel better.
if you really cant deal with it. like me I couldn't do anything because I just slept. go see a doctor!

SLEEP
best answer get to bed an hour earlier or two than you do right now
continue this for a week and eat very healthly (EAT WHOLEMEAL BREAD, WHITE MEAT AND BROCALLI look at foods with lots of iron they will help you)
if you are going to eat fish you should eat oily fish like salmon etc as they contain alot of omega 3 which will help your concentration)
in two - three weeks you should look better xox

An anemia test is very quick (just a prick of blood from your finger). One trip to the doctor and you'll find out. It's easy to reverse too, just eat more iron.
