Was there a book in the bible that was left out?

I've been told that they (whoever wrote the book) left a book out. Did they really? And if so what book was it?

    There were many. In fact, if you read the OT, you fill find instances where it says something like "All of this was also recorded in the book of ______", but that book isn't in the bible. A fairly famous book that isn't in the Bible is the Book of Enoch. Jesus actually quotes this book, in the NT. But it was left out of the Bible.

    There are also gospels that aren't included in the Bible. Book of Mary for instance.

    The Gospel of Barnabas, The Gospel of Thomas, and The Gospel of Judahs?

    66 + 2 = 68 = 34 x 2; 3rd and 4th generation...

    Eldad and Medad of 72

    72 - 66 = 6 .

    72 - 68 = 4.

    They voted on hundreds of scriptures. But you might be thinking of Shepherd of Hermas.

    no - but there were some books that were not included for good reason

    Google "apocrypha"
