View the picture in full screen, then hover the mouse over the photo and look for 'options' at the bottom, where it says you can delete the picture :)

Get your self something loose like Photoscape, and alter the scale of the percentto 800x600 that's a widely used view %. upload that and you may have no issues. Photoscape by the way is loose and can be downloaded from many respected websites alongside with their very own internet site. Google it, you will discover it speedy adequate.
