The president and anyone else is free to disagree with the rulings of the Supreme Court, publicly and otherwise. In no way did he threaten them, he merely said that to overturn this law would be really proving the activist position SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the US) has taken this past decade, especially given the fact that many of the conservative justices claimed to be against activism in the courts when they were going through the nomination process. You ask the question as if the SCOTUS is always right and we should unquestioningly follow their rulings. You know for a long time, they upheld slavery and segregation right? Just because they are the Supreme Court doesn't put them on a mystical plane beyond reproach.

If you want to see threats against the courts, look at FDR's record. He tried to pass an amendment to add justices to the court so he could fill the positions with his own appointees to push his laws through! Doesn't change the fact he was one of the best presidents the US has ever had.

He is allowed to say what he thinks. The Supreme Court has been outside the Constitution for a long time, legislating from the bench. They really stepped out of bounds with their ruling about strip searching people without cause, that decision means the Federal Government owns you.

Your obvious hatred for the President of the United States has clouded your vision. The Supreme Court is supposed to be the last court of appeal for court cases. It is not supposed to rule on or pass laws, and couldn't care less about protecting the American People.

Obama is the Classic Soviet Style Marxist Leninist. Stalin was also a bully who made the same identical threats to Voters, Courts and Churches in Soviet Russia. It was so horrible, that the Baltic States who were bullied by Stalin actually greeted the Nazi's as Liberators when they (Hitler) invaded Lithuania in 1941. Meaning that with 56 million Abortions in America since 1973, the Democrat Party with Chairman Obama are bigger murderers than Hitler with 6 million kills. I do agree with Obama, that it is not true for some one to compare Hitler with today's Pro Abortion Atheist Democrat Party. Hitler had far more concern with Human Rights than Planned ParentHOODS or Obama.

I think politicians that disrespect supreme court decisions are despicable. That is why all the conservatives politicians the try to limit a woman's right to choice following the Roe v Wade decision should be ashamed of themselves.

As for President Obama, he wasn't threatening them, that's just nuts.
