How do I get this boy to like me?

Ask him out on a date. Guys like when a girl makes the first move. Thats how i gotmy husband. He could have been with girls he was friends and chasing after for a while, but something new came which was me and i made sure to know that I was the package deal. He told me he wanted something new and we noth went with it. Married and we have a child. He became my bestfriend and can't wait to grow old with each other. Of course, since I ask him on a date i am outspoken so being straightforward works for us. The worse that could happen is he rejects you. Who cares.
