The soles of my feet always get really itchy in the morning as soon as I get up, and in the middle of the night. They're never like this during the day, only at night and as soon as I get up. I don't seem to have athlete's foot

Get it checked and you'll know it for sure.
It could be the nerves in your feet or maybe they're not good enough supplied with blood due to low blood pressure.
Maybe you get this checked with your doctor..
