how many times can you use the word "and" in a sentence?
this is my sentence ~> “X” started and never completed the work and walked away with $XXX of your money. <~ if this is wrong can someone please help me reword it? Thank You!!! <3 <3

The word 'and' is a conjunction which means that it is a word to connect different parts of a sentence. If there are too many parts, the sentence will be long and rambling, so it is better to split it into smaller components. Your sentence could be amended without doing that thus:-
“X” started, and never completed the work, walking away with $XXX of your money.

Always lessen the "and's" when possible.

You used only 2. I have used many, many more than that. As a published writer, I believe I can use the word 'and' as many times as is necessary.
