Small red bumps on wrist, slightly along arm, hurts when touched, got after jog in back fields on farm, ideas?
I took my dog out for a jog in through the back fields of my farm, its has been recently plowed nothing is very high up off the ground, only time I might have touched ground is to untangle the leash for doggy, on my way back I noticed their were small red bumps on my wrist and hurt a bit when touched, later I noticed it was a bit up the arm and a bit on my other arm, not sure why it is no were else though as I didn't have my shirt on while I was out, this happened yesterday, thought it might go away still their, has not spread though. Any ideas what it might be?

put clear nail polish on affected area.. if it isn't gone within a hour go to the dr for a medicated body wash and topical cream... hopefully it is just chiggers and the nail polish gets it
