So embarrassing, is this a cyst?

I wore some way too tight clothing the other day and my skin kind of got a little inflammed (no biggie, I thought, I can handle it) but then a couple days later I noticed a biggish bump on my lower back (bigger than a pimple, smaller than the cysts famously seen all over the internet.)

Today I decided to squeeze it (gross, I know) and a little bit of pus came out, then I squeezed a little more and a small quantity of gray stuff came out. Like a nose blackhead x8. And I got my mother to see it and she tried squeezing it and nothing came out. She said to wait until tomorrow to see what happens.

I love watching sebaceous cyst extractions on the internet and I'm scared I jinxed myself.
