Is The Moth Diaries (book and film) supposed to be for young teenagers?
I bought the book by Rachel Klein a while ago and have been wanting to read it for a while.Yesterday ,whilst I was browsing the internet, I discovered last year a movie had been made for it.However it was rated R so I'm really confused because I thought the book was supposed to be for the young adult genre (it was in that section at the store plus I'm only thirteen).
So I was wondering what age it is actually aimed at?Also is it good?Thanks in advance

no its not for teenagers
MPAA Rating: R (for some bloody images, sexuality, drug use and language)
and yeah its a good movie and book.
if u still want to read it then please go ahead BUT you'll need parental guidance, I'm no one to tell you but it will be good if you parents allow you to read it.
Myself I read it when I was 16 but no I didn't asked my parents because i found it very interesting.
Its your life mimi, if really want to read it no matter what then just go ahead.
