Should I go to the doctor for numbness in my leg?

Saturday morning I woke up and my right leg on upper thigh was numb.. I can move it and walk but the top feels numb and it goes somewhat to the back of my leg also. My right hand kept feeling like it was tingling ysterday but this morning seems fine. Any ideas? Is this something I should take to my doctor right away or give it time to go away?

Later found out approximately epidural injections to alleviate sciatic nerve pinches BUT , Neurologists are mind folks , NOT who you ought to speak to and I'm amazed your most important document didn't provide an explanation for no less than that . You want the soreness leadership gurus . Look in Your phone book beneath physicians and so much now have a bit for soreness leadership . They will most often order a CT or MRI to find your disorders . well good fortune .
