I sold an item on Ebay, but the person is being rude and not paying, can I not sell it to her?

I sold an item on Ebay by auction, I didn't hear from her for a week after the auction and she hadn't paid, so I opened a case saying she hasn't paid after I have messaged her and heard nothing back. The day after I opened the case, I got a rude message from her because I opened a case, I replied saying I'm glad I heard from you, and I got another rude message from her saying I'm a patronizing, inpatient, rude, unfriendly and have a bad attitude so she wont pay me til the very last moment that she's allowed.

I know that she will give me bad feedback as soon as she gets the item, when I haven't done anything wrong!! So I want to not send it to her, and I want it so she can't leave me feedback...is that possible??

Update:

Thanks for your answers, but I want to know if it's possible to make her not be able to give me feedback??

You have entered into a contract - you have agreed to sell the item to her at the price agreed. If she has not failed to meet the deadline, she hasn't broken the contract, so it's still in force.

If the time limit has expired, then you are in the right.

If you opened a case for non-payment before the time expired, you are in the wrong.

However, if a person was rude to a shop assistant, it would be within the rights of the shop to refuse service, and ask the shopper to leave.

If you feel strongly enough, check the Ebay policy or get in touch with them.

    Hi,

No do not refuse to send it to her as will have a valid reason for leaving negative feedback and you will have a black mark against you as a seller.8-((

I'm afraid that having to deal with the public means putting up with idiots like that, there does seem to be a lot of them out there....

Once she pays, send the item out promptly then when she leaves bad feedback you can put your reply explaining what happened.

Remember that with some people you just can't win so don't give them any excuse to blame you!

You cannot expect a buyer to pay right way they maybe at work you have to wait for the payment if she still does not pay then ask her why she bidded on an item that she did not want.

IF she does not pay this re-enlist the item don't leave any feedback cancel the case.

i could touch eBay ASAP. tell them your auction replaced into uk basically with uk delivery and an unverified Russian shopper offered it. tell eBay you properly asked the shopper to agreed to a mutual cancellation as you do no longer deliver to Russia. tell them the shopper have been given agressive and tell them the shopper refuses even to pay the delivery fee in case you have been to deliver it. tell eBay you think of the shopper is a scammer being an unverified Russian consumer who's now very aggressive and bullying you and risky you with undesirable comments. supply to deliver in the emails. tell eBay you like them to intervene with the aid of cancelling the transaction thoroughly for you so which you will relist and block this shopper from bidding returned. eBay could help you. i does no longer deliver the PSP you need to deliver it and nonetheless get undesirable comments and the fee ought to be disputed and you lose the money too.
