There will be around 20 of us going to Covent Garden in a few weeks to drink for my Birthday. 

I was wondering if there are any good bars or ones which I could maybe book a booth at, as there are so many of us? Cost doesn’t matter.Thank you. 

I applied to purchase my council flat, however instead of valuing the property by having a look round - they just turned up to make sure the building is fine & valued it based on recently sold flats in the same block. There are 36 flats, 6 are tiny & for single occupancy only. I live in 1 of the 6, however my flat has been valued as the same as the 30 large flats which are twice the size of mine.

I tried to explain this to the council, however they said it would take a long time & I’d have to get it surveyed myself and pay for it & if it ends up costing more (because few months down the line they’re worth more) then I’ll have to pay more. They made it seem a scary risk so I left it. Several months later, I’ve received the lease documentation from the solicitors to sign before it all gets finalised. The floorplan in the lease is one of the bigger flats (completely different layout and very large rooms). I don’t want to sign on this page, because it doesn’t look anything like my flat.

Is that a common error with flats? Should I bring it up & delay the process? I’m obviously hoping I can bring it up & they realise I have a tiny flat & it gets re-valued. But this is my first purchase ever & I’m not sure if it works as straight forward as that!

So I work in an office with both gender colleagues. My trousers don t have pockets. How can I discreetly carry pads out of the office to the toilet each time I need the loo? There s no cupboards or anything in the toilets to keep them in there so I have to take them from my bag each time. Help! 😬

My 10 year old American Staffordshire recently got neutered, due to one of his balls got massive and the other shrunk, and was confirmed with no doubt about it, that this is due to having a tumour in his testicles.

However, the vet said that they can test the tumour for cancer but we chose against it. This is due to if it was cancerous, they would then need to see if it had spread, and also start chemotherapy which would effect the dogs lifestyle massively. He will seem ill constantly and tired. And apparently the chemo may not be successful, but if it was to be successful may only extend his life by a couple of months. Not much of a life though if he would be ill all the time from chemo treatment.

We have had the tumour removed but we did not have it tested as we didn't want him to have a poor lifestyle from chemo. He seems well. Would we of been able to tell if he has cancer spread through him? He is still running around and eating as normal. If chemo wouldn't make him ill I would pay every penny I have to get him better, I'd take out countless loans if I had to, he is my world. It upsets me that I feel useless.

What's the chances of a tumour on the testicle being cancerous please? And are there any other symptoms?

I have my test in 1 week!! Basically if you're going over a mini roundabout, you don't indicate at all. But I'm a bit worried about something, where I am doing my test there are 2 roundabouts where the "straight on" isn't straight on, one is a complete 90 degrees left turn, other is a complete 90 degrees right turn. So I automatically indicate. My instructor said I will fail as these turns are counted as straight on's as the sign says so. However, I'm worried about the person doing my test, about what they think? As I will automatically fail if I DON'T indicate when they think I should of. But then I fail if I do indicate when I shouldn't have.

Basically I feel like for the safety of road users and to show other road users where I am going, I should indicate as they ARE left and right turns, despite the sign showing they are straight on! I don't know what I should do?! I don't want to fail because of matter of opinion?!

I bought 4 gerbils yesterday, since I bought them the white red eyed one (the eyes went black once?) wont move from the middle floor (so he's on bars which can't be comfy) and sitting in corner, he looks dead but every now and then he moves, and another gerbil wont leave his side, and sometimes sits on him...is there anything wrong with it? It's only a baby...

I have a Dell Inspiron with Windows 7, I THINK it's my sound card, but need confirmation. I have plugged in external speakers and the same happens, it gets to the point where I don't even understand what song I'm listening too because it just turns into a robot singing with crackling background!!

So, is it my sound card? If so, how do I repair it myself?

I sold an item on Ebay by auction, I didn't hear from her for a week after the auction and she hadn't paid, so I opened a case saying she hasn't paid after I have messaged her and heard nothing back. The day after I opened the case, I got a rude message from her because I opened a case, I replied saying I'm glad I heard from you, and I got another rude message from her saying I'm a patronizing, inpatient, rude, unfriendly and have a bad attitude so she wont pay me til the very last moment that she's allowed.

I know that she will give me bad feedback as soon as she gets the item, when I haven't done anything wrong!! So I want to not send it to her, and I want it so she can't leave me feedback...is that possible??

It randomly happened over night, I don't know why. The sound doesn't work at all, no message/ring tone, or alarm, and when I call people I can't hear them. Also when I go onto my camera, the screen is green and it wont take pictures. I researched it on Google, and found this has happened to quite a lot of people. I have had my mobile for just over 2 years now, why has it randomly stopped working and what can I do about it?

I connected a laptop to a TV via a HDMI cable, but only the laptop speakers work, but they're no where near as good as the TV speakers. So how do I make it so it's the TV speakers making the sound and not the laptop? Thanks.

Basically, it's a VGA lead that's split, so I can connect my laptop to 2 monitors, but I want to connect it to one monitor, will this work?

I have a male to male USB lead going from the USB port in my laptop to the USB port in my TV, I pressed a button to duplicate the screen so it appears on both screens but it doesn't seem to effect my TV at all? What do I do?

I've been burning discs the same way all along, they used to work, now they don't. So I changed the burning software, and it still doesn't work. Why is this?
