Ladies! How to deal with periods at work?
So I work in an office with both gender colleagues. My trousers don t have pockets. How can I discreetly carry pads out of the office to the toilet each time I need the loo? There s no cupboards or anything in the toilets to keep them in there so I have to take them from my bag each time. Help! 😬

Either put them in your sleeve or something, or take your bag with you and if anyone asks say you're fixing your mascara!

Many women's rest rooms have coin-operated sanitary pad and tampon dispensers in them.
Don't fool with bulky, hard-to-hide pads. Use tampons instead. You can hide one of those things in your bra, and carry it around all day if you have to.
Or, put a pad or a tampon in your purse or makeup bag, and carry that with you when you go to the rest room.

If you have sleeves, keep them in there when you go. Otherwise, when no one's looking, stick one into your pants.

Bring your Purse "With you" into the bathroom. Why do you have to walk with it, free hand?

Why don't you take your bag, or just a small cosmetic bag, with you to the bathroom?

Put it in your sleeve, or just carry it. Nobody studies what's in your hand (do you check each time someone else leaves?), and in any case it doesn't matter. All they know is that you are normal, which they probably assumed anyway.
