I'm self-studying for a huge exam and I can't seem to concentrate for more than a minute. It sometimes takes me an hour to get through one page. I've never been like this, but after graduating college a few months ago, it got really bad. I'm pretty sure I don't have ADHD, but I just lose motivation and get distracted easily. Has anyone experienced this and how did you fix it?

I've had acne on my face since high school but now I graduated college and I've noticed that acne started creeping down my arm. Now it's around elbow-length and it's embarrassing wearing short-sleeves or tanktops. I don't really have backne, but for some reason it's on my arms??

I've noticed that in a work setting, I'm often ignored or dismissed. Don't get me wrong, I have friends and I'm probably the most outspoken out of all of them, but I'm ignored pretty often elsewhere. I was thinking it's because I talk softly, but I know when people do hear me yet they don't answer.

How should I deal with this? Do I talk louder and more obnoxiously until they answer me?

News headings always say "look at all the children the war killed" and often fails to mention the death toll of adults. Also, we are more protective of things like babies and puppies than we are of adults.

Whenever I mix alcohol with sugary drinks or eat sugary things, I get nauseous, dizzy, and have shoulder aches. I don't get this when I drink hard liquor with little to no sugar, though. Is this normal?

I'm a senior in college and I'll be working in public tax soon. My dream was always to become a full-time professor, though. Unfortunately, I'll be the breadwinner of my family since my mother spent everything she had to send me and my brother to college. I don't know how to plan out a 4-5 year PhD, living off of stipends while trying to support a family.

Does anyone have advice? Should I just give up on full-time professorship and settle with being an adjunct?
