WQ:In late 2001, the Invasion storyline was coming to an end and it was decided that a 4 man tournament would be held to unify the belts. At Vengeance, Kurt Angle. Stone Cold, The Rock, and Jericho were the participants in this tournament. Jericho was able to defeat The Rock after Vince McMahon provided a distraction that allowed Y2J to hit a low blow followed by a Rock Bottom to finish off the Great One and win the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. As Jericho celebrated, the glass broke and Stone Cold faced off against Jericho on the spot. Jericho eventually won when the debuting Booker T hit the Rattlesnake with the WWE Championship and Y2J crawled over the prone body to win. As the ref's hand hit the mat the third time, the Ayatollah of Rock 'n' Rolla was the first ever Undisputed Champion.
