how do you lose wieght i mean what would i have to burn ?

i saw someone wrote you need to burn 3500 more calories than you need to eat before you lose wieght ? this sound imposable can some one break it down for me such like

just moving about you burn =

then like exersize you would burn = 300 or somthing

then what would your metabolism burn =

help me because i think i would find it imposable to burn 3500 with exersize i was under the impression than jogging for 10 mins is like 100 cals walking 2 miles burns 200 cals and arobics and stuff is like 187 per half hour i dont think i could exersize that long i went on my cross trainer once for 1 hour and it only burned 4oo odds but i felt i could not do anything else that day ????/

    Start from the base:

Ideally, your daily caloric intake should be your bodyweight in lbs x 10 (so 150lbs = 1500 cal)

Water consumption should be your bodyweight in lbs, halved, in oz (150lbs = 75oz water)

Then you need to limit carbohydrates in your food and focus more on protein - and to a slightly lesser extent, fat.

You SHOULD start losing weight just by adjusting your diet. Then focus on weight training and interval-based cardio for maximum weight loss.

if you use a elliptical cross trainer it should have a computer so it tells you how many calories you have burned
