I am a teen and hope to lose some belly fat?

I am a 15 year old male 5'8" 142lbs. I have alot of man boobs and a fat stomach. I would really like to lose this. I don't like it and hope it can be gone within 2 months. I will do anythings as long as it doesnt involve medicines. I want this done naturally. I want to have a 6 pack. I play basketball almost everyday when the weather permits. Is there anything I can do to cut off all this fat and gain a 6 pack. I really appreciate your help.

Update:

@Mark NO! I just get tired of looking at myself like this in the mirror.

Update 2:

Could I get examples of the necessary exercises. Are Salads helpful?

Hahaha how you said man boobs! That just made my night.

Okay. You really need to lay off the soda, sugar, and fatty foods.

I knowing it sounds easy right now when your reading it but it's actually pretty hard for certain people like me.

But If you are motivated enough, eat healthy! Get your mom to buy apples, bananas, fruits.. Etc. spinach is great in smoothies. You can barely taste it.

Add fibre to your diet. It seriously helps with the weight loss progress a lot! Get Kellogs all bran cereal and have a cup of it every morning !

Write down how many calories you ate ( it you can) and record everything in a booklet.

    Hit da gym! :)))

First, go on the elliptical for 30 mins minimum. It's okay if it's your firs couple times in it. Just go slow for a warm up then build you way up! Go a speed where it's not too slow it not too fast.

Always bring a cold water bottle. Bring you iPod and earphones for motivation.

Try every machine, and what ever you think is best for you.

    Good luck :)))

    exercise more, and eat healthy.

    its so simple.

dont get stressed out, stress does cause weight gain.

for the six pack, its not only about doing situps and crunches. you need to do some exercises where you use your core without doing situps. like balance on one foot on a balance ball, or do some planks and CARDIO.

    gooood luck!

Lay off the soda, potato chips, candy, hot dogs, bugers, and fast food restaurants.
