Without capital would have to be online I think. Everything else costs $ in the physical world. Even online you have to pay for a website & domain (though very minor expenses).

Try something you are at least passionate about so that you will do well. Also be really careful about spending $ on ads because those costs can clean you out if you let them.

Advertise yourself with some neat, smartly-written cards which can usually be displayed free on the community boards of supermarkets, or for a small fee in newsagents' windows. OK, this may not be the career option you had in mind, but so what? You don't have to do it for ever, and it offers flexibility.
