Why do Liberals pretend that every Government Program is about Emergency Aid for Rape & Child Abuse Victims?

Need some examples to give you an answer on this one. Government programs are good for those that need it but there are those that abuse this program and make those that need it on a temporary basis look like lazy slouches. The Government has been wasting tax dollars for years, this is not something new.

Would you let them rob the treasury if they told you that the money was to pay off their interests groups in order to continue to hold onto power.
