The Master's degree you go for has to be related to your Bachelor's. It's much more advanced and focused study, so if you don't have a solid background in it then you will fail out quickly. Accounting doesn't have much to do with Medical Administration, but you might be able to do it by taking a few extra courses. In order to get accepted to the Medical Administration program you'll have to meet the admission requirements which always include specific required courses.

A 4-12 months college degree isn't adequate to completely grasp programming. It takes years of relatively writing classes, making blunders, getting to know out of your blunders, and recuperating your potential set before you may declare to grasp ONE language; and there are various languages for categories of applications.
