That's what they say ... Capricorns have the "reverse aging process" which I think has something to do with them lightening up after 30. Since the ascendant has everything to do with how we look, then I'd say a Cap ascendant (or even Saturn on the ascendant or Venus in Cap or a Venus/Saturn) could reflect that. Yeah, she looks great! I guess being a work-out guru and having tons of money doesn't hurt either! :) Of course it's all connected

Well I'm a capricorn and I'm 15, but alot of people think I'm 13 or 12 when they first meet me until they see my body lol! Then they;re like....oh yeah! You are deff. 15 so yeah it's true a lot of us are the ones you'd call "cute" no matter how old we are :)
