First of all it's NOT wieght that so many people should be losing its FAT! So exersise get sOme muscle and if you gain some weight but look good don't try and lose it! Also. Ot alot of girls like the super skinny spegeti arm guys. Muscle goes a long way

In my opinion, diet pills don't work. A good healthy diet and plenty of excersise. Cut out the junk food and sugary drinks and drink water.
