Macbook pro wont boot windows or OSX?

My 2011 15' MBp wont boot either OS.

I had a similar problem before and the HDD had failed so was replaced, however this time, before it stopped booting alltogether, there were simptoms that indicated RAM failure.

This has happened 3 or 4 weeks after it was last repared, where do I stand on getting a refund, concidering it must be some sort of motherboard failure? And is there anything i can do to fix it?

Exactly what happens when you try to boot it? Does it give you a kernel panic or some kind of error message?

You can always try replacing the RAM - you can use cheap generic RAM instead of the Apple stuff. But you're right, a hard drive failure followed by bad RAM could be a symptom of a motherboard problem. If it's still under warranty, take it to the store. You'll want to get as much documentation as possible of your problems and have them confirmed by Apple. This will help you to get a replacement or repairs in the future if needed.
