My neighbour is a pain in the....?

Yes there. She complains constantly about music, leaves, and whatever else she can think of to all neighbours around her. Music from 9am to 11am is legal. At 4pm to 5pm it's legal. She doesn't like any of our tastes and demands it off. She's just an annoying piece of work. I've tried talking to her but all she does is distort the truth, lie and create more issues. Any ideas how to cope with this type of idiot? Out of 40 people on our block, she's the only one with a problem. Yes we all still listen to our music but it's the damn stress of this broad.....is there a logical way to deal with these type of people?

Update:

Thanks, many of you have a priceless sense of humor and I do appreciate it. Yes she is that annoying and as soon as I can find an available elephant, I'll sling shot it at her...dumb broad she is. I really wanted to hear how others cope with this type of annoyance. I got a lot! Thanks again.

Yes. You launch an elephant at her house. Here are some detailed instructions on how to make an elephant launcher:

As you can see, this will be a piece of cake. Glad I could help.

My idea would be to write up a petition in regards to her complaining. And then go around the neighborhood and have everyone who can't stand her sign it. Then make a copy and go give her the original. So she can clearly see she's the only one with a problem!!! Lol Make sure. It says something like MIND YOU own Business!!! But in a more professional manner ;0) good luck... I. Can't stand crappy neighbors.

No. There's no logical way. Basically u just got to tell her that if she has a problem then call the police. The police will come out the first time, then if she rings again they will get fed up of her. Just carry on what ur doing and let her get in with it. She will soon get sick of moaning

  • Well, i would think she would only have a case if she has evidence you were playing music too loud or too late, you know? Otherwise its just her word against yours. The burden of proof should be on her. What can you do? uhhh well, you could keep a log of when you have your music playing that way, if she's like "You played your music @ 4am!" you can be like "My log book doesnt show that." It wont work, thats why the burden of proof is on her.

how to deal...uhh, you might have to talk to her and agree on a maximum volume level...?

We never know what trauma or pain another is living with. I try to live my life, be reasonable and stand my ground within the law.

If the police would allow it, relax. Advise her to call the police, but calmly and kindly.

Just ignore her. She's obviously looking for a reaction out of you people. Since she can't take legal action against you, she can only try to **** you off. And if you don't let her, she's powerless.

Get some glo in the dark paint and paint something stupid on her roof so people can see it when they fly over and she'll never know..;)
