I'm sorry I don't have a picture, but the meme photo is of a teenage boy's school
picture. He just looks genuinely awkward, doesn't seem to quite be looking right at the camera, and he has braces.
The captions normally include a good scenario described (i.e. "Wins free day at theme park") followed by a bad, ironic, (and yet funny) outcome (i.e. "Too short to ride any rides.")
