Why do I worry a lot? Any Tips?

State of Mind:

.Sometimes i feel im under a lots of pressure

.I feel im confused

.I feel im self-fish

.I cant complete a conversation well although it may be simple one

.I worry a lot of things

.I cant control few feelings...eee.you-know-the-feelings-of-a-teenager-is-like

Reality:

.But At some point of time,Its scintillates like i gve a speech at my best shot before 1000's of people

.People get amazed at my work & speed,they call me introvert in positive sense

.People like my classmates,prof.,etc show a great respect towards me and trust me

    i think you feel

    stressed or guilty and you holding onto those things and its making you feel bad dont let it,and let you emotions be free dont hold them in.AND STOP WORRYING!!!!!!!!

    Hi, If you are really worried about your hair, be aware that hair loss and hair thinning are totally different and starts occuring atleast 6 years prior to you noticing it. it is only when you look more closely that you actually notice it. I am doing a hair treatment course by PHILIP KINGSLEY and will only give you the best advice. there is no real technique to prevent hair fall as everyone loses about a 100 hairs everyday, but you can do things to slow it down if it is excessively shedding. please have a good healthy balanced meal with lot of protein. your breakfast is the most important meal for your hair, so make sure you have a good one. in case you are a vegetarian or vegan, please include multi vitamin pills with your breakfast but try to get as much iron as you can. please avoid drinking black tea or coffee as the tannins and caffine when taken without milk increase male hormones, leading to baldness. please use a hair-dryer on a medium setting (you should have one that controls airflow and heat both) and use it to dry your hair from wet to almost dry. drying them out completely is very harmful and will break the ends of your hair and scalp. please use a thick shampoo on your head (put on palm, lather and rinse) and a thick conditioner from the shaft to the ends. DO NOT USE IT ON YOUR SCALP. conditioner is used to only smooth down broken hair and the ones on your scalp do not need it. do use a deep conditioner (one that comes in jars and is safe to put on scalp) or hot hair oil prior to shampoo-conditioner twice a month. you should be able to notice the difference in 2 months or so. as already said, please protectyour hair when entering a dusty enviroment or open-driving. do use medium-weight styling products to get the required style. you do not need any special shampoo to take them off, just use your regular one and you will be fine. eat lots of fruits, drink plenty of water and stop the stress to your brain, try and be happy as much as possible. if you have any trouble, you can email me back.
