Usually if a probation officer comes to your house they'll have a warrant for your arrest and then they can legally search the ENTIRE property, they don't just leave without you. If they are just paying a home visit, if they don't have a reason to search then they won't bother. Read the conditions of your probation, I've been on probation and the only time the officer ever questioned me was when I showed up for my monthly report and I was hung over, wreaking of booze. If you don't want the officers to search your mothers place, just don't give them a reason to!

maximum probation organizations are both authorized, or, are seeking for accreditation by utilizing the yankee Correctional association. As element of this procedure there must be a criticism technique which permits your GF to positioned up a written criticism to her PO's more suitable. Your GF would have had to provide up her rights to freedom from seek for, yet you probably did not. It should not be complicated to get the call of the manager. call the place of work and ask. Then positioned up a criticism. it would properly be executed by utilizing your GF, as she is the only on probation. If that would not get any result, take it to a larger factor. solid success.

If the PO is doing an initial walk-thru, he is simply verifying you don't have criminal or druggie roomates, that's all. They won't try to get thru a locked door, they need a warrant. You also can't have any beer cans in trash, no matter "whose" they are.

REF: Was on probation. Your dwelling is "inspectable" at any time, but you have to be there, they can't knock down door. They don't need a warrant but it isn't exactly a search. Kind of sucks...

This sort of thing varies by state and by agency. I probably wouldn't but others would. Of course, if I picked up you being worried I might.

If you are worried, then stop trying to beat the system and conform. You will be better off and your stress level will go down. You really arent thinking about hiding contraband in your moms room are you? That would be a really bad thing to do to mom.
