Started to diet and exercise, now no more appetite - bad thing?

I was a couch potato, and I just started a diet and intense exercise regime. Before, I had a ravenous appetite, but now I am almost never hungry! Is this a good thing? I know that if I eat too little, it will hinder my ability to lose weight and keep my metabolism up. Could I be straining my body too much? Should I cut down on the exercise a bit, or should I just eat more calorie dense foods when I *am* hungry?

No it is a fine thing. U are completely right about your metabolism. Make sure to eat about 5 small meals per day, also to boost your metabolism. Just convince your self to eat, its easier than convincing yourself not to eat. haha. And also, you know that you wont over eat
