If i am drinking 0.33liters of water per day then how much am i suppose to drink more?

    You should drink about 2 liters per day, I drink about a liter in water, just drink like 1 or 2 glasses while eating instead of juice or whatever, once your into water you'll enjoy it a lot xD

    An adult male/female needs about 13, 8-oz. cups of water each day, while an adult man/woman requires about 9 cups each day. A safe, reasonable amount is to commit to drinking 64 oz. of fluids each day.
