Well we have the right to decide whether we're healthy or not.
Whether we commit crimes that the government feels is punishable by death or not.
Whether we do life-threatening things or not.
But sometimes it's just by chance. You get cancer, you're in a freak accident. Just like that.

Apparently Barack Obama and Eric Holder has the right to decide if you live or die, without arrest or trial, because they have done it and will do it, today.
