I want to be a successful published poet.?
But I've written reams of poetry. And read them. And they're all crap. What should I do?

Maybe you should take some time off from writing and devote yourself to reading a lot of good poetry. All good poets have read hundreds or thousands of poems by others for every one that they have written themselves.
Read the great poets of the past, and read a wide variety of the poetry being published today. Read formal verse (poetry that uses rhyme and meter) and free verse. Read serious poetry and light verse. Read love poems, nature poems, political poems, every kind of poem you can get your hands on. That could be the ideal way to stimulate your imagination and improve your own writing.

I agree with classmate. Read a lot of poems. Don't throw anything away. You obviously had a ton of ideas. Figure out a good style and redo all of them. When you get them ready, prepare a file for the Kindle or Nook. Hit publish. This is what I did.
